And I absolutely hate that book.  It's interesting how tastes differ isn't
it?  Wait a moment, I'm drawing a blank.  This is that awful book by Alfred
Bester that we are talking about?  I can't tell you the number of times
that I picked up that book because of the title and about halfway through
would go, "Oh.  This is *that* book." and put it back down.  I finally had
to chisel the title and author into my brain so that I wouldn't *keep*
making that mistake.

Utterly boring.
