Generally, lawyering is relatively straightforward
except for the fact that people only come to you when
they have a really big problem.

however, it is occassionally fun when someone without
any legal background is trying to describe his or her
problem to you.

I used to work intake at Volunteer Lawyers for the
Arts when I was in law school. People would always
call up claiming their artworks' First Amendment
rights had been violated. I could say "lady, it's 3
feet tall and wood, it doesn't have Constitutional
rights, you do" until I was blue in the face, it made
no difference.
