Not bad. And just think of all the SF short stories we could mine... After the initial plot establishment, we can save a lot of money by grabbing leftover footage from all these shows and workthing them into the story line. Some simple CGI would overlay our illustrious Doctors with these fine characters and careful scriptwriters would make it seem like it made sense. Dr. John Medicine Woman attends a seminar in San Francisco and assists our Drs in surgery. The Time Tunnel team are healed of the severe nausea caused by those spinning effects. The entire cast of Sliders just tumbles into the Branch Davidian clinic while the Drs are treating carpal tunnel problems caused by reloading lots of 40 round magazines. They have to treat the crew of the ISS after an unusual burst of radiation caused when Picard brings the Enterprise too close when they overshoot their time slot and have to jump ahead a few years to stop the Borg. Hhhhmmm... I'm sure there are others that will lease us their leftover footage.
