I seem to remember reading that the North Koreans had several thousand
artillery pieces within firing range of Seoul.  You think the Military
District of Washington can be tense?  They have a crazy dictator with his
finger on the trigger.  Don't know why they haven't built a new capitol in
the south of the country.
