Worldcon is in Scotland; can't see them honoring a US TV show that will be long gone when the con comes around. The studios don't care much about Hugos - they can't be bothered to show up to receive the award and when have you ever heard a TV show brag that one of the episodes got a Hugo? It's worse than that - the studios no longer even come to SF cons; SciFi Channel hasn't been to Worldcon in years. They go to comic conventions.
