Actually, Outlook has all that functionality built in, along with automatic
top posting and indenting.

And I guess I fall in with the "whichever seems most convenient" crew.  I
*hate* scrolling past several screens of crap to look at the short comment
someone chooses to add--let alone the capital crime of "me too."

My other pet peeve is the folks who come in two or three days late on a
discussion and start tossing in replies with thoughts that have usually
already been stated and answered.  Take the time to see where the
discussion got to before adding in your tardy two cents!
