Perhaps, but I notice there are three distinct type styles, and each section is entirely in one of them -- no mixtures. The sections in one font had some words in italics, but never underlined, and the open- and closed-quotes were distinct. The sections in the second font had some words underlined, but never in italics, and the open- and closed-quotes were identical. The third type style, used only for the last few pages, was much cruder. From context it's clear that those last few pages were typed much later than the rest of the issue. Also, there is mention of "associate editors" and "section editors". Also, I doubt that Don Miller would misspell his own name, but someone certainly misspelled it. While I placed the entire issue in HTML in the default font (i.e. whatever font the reader prefers), I carefully preserved distinct vs. identical open- and closed-quotes in their respective sections, and underlined vs. italicized text. I hope that nobody who sees this variation thinks I was just being gratuitously inconsistent. I did fix all misspellings, but I left grammar alone. In the process, I found the only case I know of where a misspelling got more Google hits than a correct spelling: "Andrew J. Offut" got slightly more hits than "Andrew J. Offutt". I see that this has since changed; they now get 636 and 640, respectively.
