Oh!  I thoroughly enjoyed it.  Once again, tastes differ.  It was presented
to me as "like Harry Potter".  Well, that is definitely not the case.  The
only similarities I can find is that the main protagonist is male and uses
magic, and oh yeah, it's set sorta in England.  Of course, the person who
said it was "like Harry Potter" is not an SF/F reader, so maybe it is "like
Harry Potter" in that it is in the same genre.
