Paul Parsons was at the PRSFS picnic on Saturday.  Nobody from WSFA
had asked him about writing a guide to Silver Spring for the Capclave
program book, so I did so, and he agreed to do so.  Someone please
tell him more precisely what is wanted, at what length, and how soon.
