Even Jane Fugghead admitted that it had been a stupid thing to do, but as you say it didn't qualify as treason. Had she helped load, train, or serve the North Vietnamese antiaircraft gun while it was firing on American planes, that would have been treason -- but convicting her would be wonky, since there would not have been "two (credible) witnesses to the same overt act". -- Dick Eney
