I'm afraid that I'm going to have to miss it as well.  Not a reunion, just
the latest med change making me dizzy.  At least this time the side effects
are physical rather than mental, which means that there's a good chance
they'll wear off.

But I have been busy . . . drafting a letter of invitation to one of the
Guests of Honor I want and waiting for a good time to call the other.  I
think y'all will be pleased.

Sam, you'll recall that I would appreciate it if someone could regularly
try to book rooms at the Hilton -- no need to actually book it, unless you
haven't gotten a room yet! -- to make certain that they're offering all the
types of rooms at the appropriate rates.  This is something that I'd
normally do myself but until I'm doing better it might be best if someone
else take over the responsibility.
