1. Philcon will be at the same Bat Place, same Bat Time this year.  As
of Balticon the Marriot had the contract, but it was not yet signed.

2. For 2006 & 2007 Philcon will be at:
Wyndham Frankin Plaza
17th & Race Streets
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103

Philcon was held there previously, when it was the CP Franklin Plaza.
Googling the terms "Franklin Plaza" Philcon brings up the WSFA Journal
of Nov 1983 listing Philcon at the Franklin Plaza.

Adding 1983 to the above Google returns one hit: the WSFA Journal.  So,
thanks to KFL for all of the hardwork with getting the WSFA Journal
oinline, since there's no Philcon history online.

Further hope that Philcon 2005 is Not Yet Dead, from the PSFsite:

Anyway, maybe it's just me, but it seems silly not to have a Philcon
2005 site, even if just says something like: :"here will be a Philcon
this year.  Trust us." or somesuch.
