Possibly the best way for you to make a tasty low-fat/low carb dish is to
bring them to the meeting this Friday and let us all eat them for you. A few
gallons of vanilla ice cream would go nicely with them as well.

Seriously. I think a WSFA ice cream social would be swell to kick off the
summer.

   This is locally grown Virginia strawberries.  Flavor is
perfect.  Color is perfect.  Shape is fine.  Size is
perfect.  There might be Pennsylvania strawberries at the
farmers' market next week but I went over board at the
thought that this was the end of the strawberry season
locally.
