Mad,

It could conceivably be edible.  It certainly sounds interesting
and it could work (baking-wise).  Hmmmm.  Intriguing actually.
If it wasn't for the white flour it would be low carb (since
cream cheese is allowed in Atkins).

I've made pizza using zucchini as the crust but I don't
know if that would work with strawberries either.
