   I have made oatmeal/whole wheat  pizza with apples.  I
could do a whole wheat strawberry pizza.  Its the cream
cheese thats really evil in this concept, but I think it
would be needed to protect the crust from strawberry
juices.   Ricotta cheese is lower in fat.  Maybe that
would work.
