If you can get to the Parkway north out of Alexandria, you can get on I-395
after the airport, up into D.C. and then take Pennsylvania Avenue out into
Maryland...turns into Rt. 4.  The directions on the web page will take it
from there.  I'm not as familiar with D.C. as I used to be, and I don't
know what the security changes might mean down there these days, but I
think there used to be a Pennsylvania Ave. exit off of I-395 just before it
went under the Capitol.  Can anyone confirm or deny?  Or say why this route
won't work?
