   I think in honor of the "Ugly Chicken" theme we need an
Ugly Chicken cookbook.   Like  Ugly Chicken and biscuits.
( feeds 30 when made with 10 dozen biscuits ). This could
be sort of tested on turkeys, although small emus would be
more fun. Do an edition of one on legal size paper and
post on consuite wall.
    I think I could make an Ugly Chicken with northern pea
beans chili.
