Thank all of you for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers.

We buried Mom today.  At the funeral service I spoke for the family,
reading an eulogy about all the brave things my mother did.  The rabbi
and Mom's best friend said some words too.  Then we caravanned to the
graveyard, said Kaddish, and put my mother to rest in the earth.

I'll be in New York at least through the weekend.  My current plan is to
stay for a few more days and probably go back to my place on the
weekend.
