Mac and Linux viruses aren't unknown...but they are far less common than on
Windows, which, if it was a public facility would have been closed by the
department of health long ago.  The only OS I know of that has no viruses
at all is OpenVMS.  The only virus scanners for OpenVMS I've seen are for
filtering PC viruses out of mailand files being handled through the OpenVMS
machine.

"HP OpenVMS has never been infected with a virus, and CERT Advisories
reports that it is more secure than contemporary operating systems."
