Actually, that's one of the few issues that
someone else put online.  It's also available in html, at
http://www.wsfa.org/journal/j99/6/index.htm

It has been looked at over 20,000 times, the vast majority of them the
HTML, not the PDF, version.  Mostly by people Googling for "building
bookcases."
