Elspeth and Miss Joanne (yes, that's how she wants to be addressed) of
the hotel spent a lot of time going over floor plans to make sure there
was as much "buffering" of parties as possible.

& not just everyday "mundanes"... there are a number of long term
guests in the hotel who go to Walter Reed for medical reasons.

There was a lot of behind the scenes work going on.  A lot.  Take a
look at theCapclave Program Guide for the list of the concom... they
deserve a lot of thanks from the club.
