Re Rooms:

At the risk of encouraging more discussion, when we really should leave this
to Elspeth and her hotel liaison to consider after they've had a chance to
catch up on sleep, I wanted to say that 1) the rooms worked out much better
than I hoped/feared and 2) with very few changes we might have a mix of
programming and hospitality that would make most everyone happy.

I think we could work nicely with exactly the rooms we had this year, and
with a bit of give and take prompted by lessons learned at this con...but
there are some big ifs in there...and we should let Elspeth catch her breath
before we take them on.

Still, I'm hopeful we'll have it sorted out earlier this year.
