One I've seen in plans in a magazine was leveling feet hidden behind the toe kick, which was cut and added once the case was in place and raised to the ceiling. A less tricky method is to make the bookcase a little shorter, tip it into position, then add trim, such as crown molding, to the top to cover the gap between the top and the ceiling. -- Mike B. -- Make the world a better place!
