I included enough to buy a pint can of wood stain and a cheap brush. If I were to actually build this bookcase, I think I would assemble it using wood screws. So if you don't own or can't borrow an electric drill, you would have to add that cost. The dimensions of this bookcase were picked to avoid any cutting, so a saw would not be needed. So it could be put together with a measuring tape, combination square, drill and pilot bit, screws and screwdriver. Finishing would require sandpaper and your choice of paint or stain/varnish. __________________________________ Yahoo! FareChase: Search multiple travel sites in one click. http://farechase.yahoo.com
