Oh. Lee told me before the convention that she probably wasn't going to be
able to do the consuite next year. I'd brought the matter up, tactfully
saying that since we don't work that well together perhaps it would be
better to have someone else do it. While she said that of course we're
both professional enough that it wouldn't be an issue but her being busy
simplified the whole matter.

Quite simply, when there's a convention that she's working on (and at other
times) Lee has a habit of going off at me or to me and it's always
completely out of the blue. In an effort to keep her calm I've put up with
it but I'd rather that I, and my committee, doesn't have to do so.*

I have no idea of what to do concerning her making plans for next year.

As an aside, we own Geri Sullivan for the idea of games in the Town Square;
as Candy said toys for fen is just smart. I'm glad that it worked well and
will try to remember to tell her.

The most surreal time this happened was when there was a Capclave meeting
about a month ago at the Gillilands. It was derailed by her going off at
me about things that were planned for the Town Square that she wasn't aware
of. Why I was responsible for the things that were planned or her not
knowing about them I haven't figured out.

Afterwards she went storming downstairs and approached Keith saying
something about mental illness or my medical condition and told him that he
had to do something about it. When she came back up I was sitting on the
stairs being soothed by Alexis: I was already exhausted by various things
enough that she'd gotten me close to tears. At which point she sharply
told Mike Walsh that he was stressing me out.

It was very strange, to the point that it's only now that I'm reacting to
her comment to Keith both as someone who's quite open about being bipolar
and as an advocate for people understanding mental illness. It is,
however, not worth pursuing.
