Mine are basically like Billys. 6 shelves with 11
inches deep. I've seen book cases built just for
paperbacks but they are so tall and thin, that they are
unstable unless fastened to the wall. If I won a lottery
and had my own library I like the bookcases at borders.
An A frame style making it very stable.
Cathy, did your parents' bookcases have its own
ladder. I think those are oh so cute.
