Folks,

There was some confusion this year about what we have in stock plus some
new things have been added.  (The poster-sized Post-it notes!  I didn't
know we'd gotten them or where they are now but sounds of delight!)  Bob,
you have the ribbons, what badge holders we started with, whatever
promotion table things we have other than what Colleen got . . . and a
basement.  Could we dump everything -- bowls, doodads, badge holders,
static cling sheets and Post-it notes, and anything else we have -- there
and sort it out?

I'm sure Lee will volunteer their place if she can but they don't have the
empty space you have.  (At least, I'm assuming that it's still empty . . .
)  And you've made the mistake of showing us how good you are at putting
together information.  Okay, things are different from money but it's the
same skill.

People could bring things to meetings and the consuite supplies are already
at the Gillilands.  Or arrangements could be made for people to bring them
over.  You wouldn't be stuck housing all of it but we need to get it all in
one place so it can all be cataloged.

And no, you won't have to do that on your own: I hereby volunteer to come
over and help.
