Very good advice indeed.  Following it would have eliminated most, or more
likely all, of the recent unpleasantness in WSFA that has lead to much harm
to a number of individuals and the organization as a whole and which is
still not resolved for all involved.  I hope we can learn from history, and
not have to repeat it again in the future.
