The cast is obviously having fun, and it features kung-fu scenes, lesbian vampires, a musical number and El Santo the exican wrestler, but it's really amateurish. I haven't seen it yet, but a number of people have recommended Ginger Snaps, the Canadian werewolf movie to me. Personally, if classics can extend to the 60s and 70s, I've always felt you can't go wrong with a Hammer flick. Why not try The Vampire Lovers based on the Sheridan LeFanu story Carmilla? Or any of the Christopher Lee/Peter Cushing Dracula movies (except maybe the one set in late 60s early 70s London with Stephanie Beacham as the female lead. That one's really only worth it for camp value). For something a little different, there's a nice animated version of Ray Bradbury's The Halloween Trre.
