   At the last Maryland meeting I was talking to Bill
Mayhew about Joe's memorial tree.  It was a fairly rare
Native American tree, colloguial name "Devil's Claw".
 Bill said that it was thriving at a local library and was
now bigger than Joe.  I'm hoping he means height or weight
and not width.
    Does anyone know the location of the tree and how I
would identify it?  Curious minds want to know -- well
actually curious minds would like to visit.

P.S
    Does anyone know what the eventual fate of my symbolic
hatchet?  I gave it to Bill so it it unburied itself he
could move it be adjourned but then lost track of it.
