Well, since this topic has come up again:  in Sandy Spring, there's a large
building which was formerly the firehouse; it now houses a bakery and a
ballet school.  At the back of their parking lot, behind the trash
dumpsters, is a pile of 40 or 50 heavy duty plastic milk cartons.   They've
been accumulating there for ages, and there is nobody who cares what
happens to them.
