I think I just pass, as I've no interest in their justifications for
what is unacceptable behavior.

In my years of recreational motorcycle touring of our region, I've
taken most of these roads.  White's Ferry is my route of choice to
Bob's BMW in Jessup.  I was there last Friday and will be back
tomorrow to drop the bike off for warranty work.  My  original plan
was to pick it up Friday evening and ride on to the WSFA meeting, but
this was superseded by another engagement.  So it goes.
