Ernest was elected secretary to fill out the balance of Keith's term
Elizabeth Twitchell replaced him as trustee.

There have been no changes in meeting location.

The Secretary is in charge of publications including the website.  He
wasn't at this meeting but I'll make sure that someone is found by
next meeting.  Thanks Keith for helping in the transition.
