I got one too.  No return address, my address was printed by machine and
taped to the front, and the postmark was "suburban MD".

Since I wasn't on the list when the first fracas occurred, it was
interesting to see what happened back then.  Alexis had made references to
it when I started attending meetings again, at the Ginter's and noted that
Lee and Keith seemed to have personal issues between them, but his version
was very different from what the mail messages quoted in that package
show.  He told me that Keith had been stalking Lee for instance.
