It's remarkable how badly they regard Keith, and how readily they are willing to believe the worst of him or other people -- and how resistant they are to correction, even to common sense. What astonishes me is that *Keith* was unaware of this "stalking" charge until I told him, relatively recently. They had spread this story widely but never confronted Keith with it and apparently no one else had passed the info on to Keith. --Ted White
