Terry Jeeves is one of Britain's premiere fans, and was
greatly responsible for the creation of the British Science
Fiction Association back in the 1950s.  Seems doubtful,
more than ever, that he will be honored as a Guest of Honor
by a worldcon.  He is perhaps the most deserving fan alive
who has not yet been so honored.
