I think there's a bylaw problem with that...but again, research (i.e
reading them) would be needed to confirm.  I know that two meetings are
mandated, but I'm only vaguely remembering something about one being in
Maryland and one in Virginia.  If my memory is right, it's not just a
tradition, and a good idea, it's a requirement, short of a bylaw change.
