The first meeting I ever attended was in Georgetown. The next six months or so were in Arlington, just outside Rosslyn. Then we moved to Wheaton, Maryland, where we were until moving back to DC to Elizabeth Cullin's, on Beach Drive. I lost track of the meeting moves after the mid-'60s (they were still at Miz Cullin's in 1964) but as of late 1970 they were being held at the Gillilands' place on Pennsylvania Avenue, near Washington Circle. I think it was when the Gillilands moved to Arlington that "counter" meetings were scheduled for Maryland, and that this was the first time alternating sites were used. --Ted White
