And some fans can more interesting than some pros.... (and both can be
real twits, too).

Anyway, I think the current model for Capclave is perfectly reasonable
for a) the size of the hotel and b)the williness/ability of WSFA to do
Capclave.

We already have a large mult-ring circus just north of us, called
Balticon.  There's no need to clone it.

What WSFA needs to do is to get Capclave "right", however WSFA
defines "right".  And at the moment I think Capclave has a good rep
- what we need to do is manage finances.  Regretfully things went a
little off for last year, but I think we can take pride in being the
"father" to Howard's Hugo (& now Locus Award) nominated story.
