So, from www.lunacon.org: "I mean a lot of these hotels just offer you the silliest things. We had a hotel actually offer us a discount based on how many rooms we filled. This is standard. The silly part comes in when the numbers were looked at and they wanted us to fill more rooms than they had in the hotel." I recall one hotel that hada con rate higher than rack rate... mjw
