  I can't find a Northern Virginia case right now but look
at this web site.   They have cases in Virginia,
Washington D.C., and Maryland.

    Up until the Reagan era there was an Antislavery
commission that tried to vigorously monitor and stop this
crime.  The Religious Conservatives have forced George
Bush to take human trafficking very seriously which is one
of the few good things I have to say for that group.
