It can be used as a selling point, but since most hotels tend to be
heavily non-smoking already it is a rather small point in actuallity.
But it is appearances that sell things.

Wonder if we'll see someone trying a Smokers Hotel?  A bible and a
stogie in every room <g>.

As for Marriot, no change here... they've already sucked me into their
loyality ("frequent sleeper"?) program.
