Note that .net domains weren't included...those are likely to be running
Apache even more often than the ones included, making MS's share even
smaller.  This assumption is supported by this survey, which did include
.net, and showed even less MicroSoft in the web server arena:

If you look at new sales of server hardware, Windows runs on the cheaper
