Harlan's "you got me, I'm guilty...but that's me for sure, in'it?" post seems to have missed the mark pretty widely with most respondents. Most seem to think it's an apology of some sort, though a few seem to have a glimmering of the truth. I wasn't there, so I really don't know what happened, in context. Maybe he was flashing back to the "costume malfunction" at the superbowl (or wherever it was)? Or maybe not...only Harlan will know for sure. Maybe next WorldCon Ms. Willis can return the favor with an impromptu "monkey snatches the grapes" demonstration? The Hal Clement comment was a good one. Crickets for sure on that. -- Mike B. -- Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball.
