Pass the word that Capclave members need to make their reservations as
soon as possible.

WHY?  Capclave is the same weekend as Maryland's Homecoming.  Despite
the plan for Capclave to be held when the Terps are away, somehow this
was overlooked.  The Hilton is expecting us and we've exceeded our
room block so Capclave is in good shape.  But....

Some members may not have made their reservations yet, and may lose
out to Terps fans.  So spread the word.
