Perhaps, but I think you could fit your Saturn radial inside one of my
tires and perhaps have room for a second one.  Size does matter.

So do brand, load and speed ratings...and probably some other
factors.  There was a noticeable improvement in ride and handling when I
got rid of the stock tires (Goodyear I think they were) and put the
Michelins on.  Not all tires are created equal.
