By giving his description of how bullies thrive on the inattention of those with authority/power to stop them, and conclude with something like "they think they are dealing with the problem but actually they are encouraging it or at least letting it continue as badly as ever". The comparison of ignoring a schoolyard bully to ignoring the rise and crimes of the Nazis is a ridiculously overblown comparison. -- Dick Eney
