Not exactly.  Her claim was that I must have told Mike that she
couldn't get enough tickets for everyone interested in going to the
movie.  When I denied telling Mike anything of the sort, she publicly
called me a liar.  When Mike confirmed that I hadn't done so, she
changed her accusation to my having made threats at the most recent
meeting about what would happen if there weren't enough tickets.  When
I denied making any threats, and offered to play the tape of that
meeting to prove it, she, or perhaps Alexis, without taking me up on
my offer, changed it to an earlier meeting.  When I offered to play
tapes of all the meetings of the past year, the accusation changed to
my having made threats before or after a meeting.

It was at about that time that I gave up on presenting any kind of
defense.  One can't defend against an accusation that instantly
unashamedly and unapologetically changes to accomodate any evidence
against it.

I believe he did so both on this list and during the next meeting.

I don't believe he ever apologized.  (I could be mistaken.)  Not that
he should have.  The day jokes in WSFA become something to apologize
for is the day that WSFA should be disbanded.

Right.  Though the only real reason to listen to a tape is if you
think I made a mistake in producing the meeting minutes.  Everything
substantive that was said at any meeting when I was secretary is in
there, and they're all online.  So are the archives of this list,
