I was trying to say that the public sources of knowledge such as newspaper or trade journal articles found through Google News searches led me to assume that the negotiations had stalled in 2005. However, I did stop my monthly investigations last spring and wasn't aware of the current status. Are these meeting minutes released to the public? Michael
