The con suite was all the way up on floor 21. And even though it was a quiet floor one convention (Icon?) still ran their party on that floor. There were no open parties on Saturday.

The convention seemed to have a few rooms on five different floors. To get to one of the panel rooms you literally had to exit the hotel and enter an enclosed walkway. Readings were handled by a sign in sheet (and I never did find out where they were held) and autographs weren't even that well organized. Rooms were changed frequently and changes were not well labeled.

Still there were some good programming ideas, although half the time the moderator started the panel by saying s/he didn't know s/he was the moderator until a few minutes beforre the panel started.

I agree that attending this Philcon made me feel much better about Capclave.
